This pattern is from the 2001 Butterick Costume line. This is a new, unused, uncut, factory folded pattern. It retails for $13.95.

The pattern includes instructions to make: Blouses with 2 styles; Fitted blouse has shoulder pads, princess seams, shaped hem and button trim with snaps. There are 10 pieces.
