This product, P'au D'Arco, comes to us from South America. As an Amazonian herb it has been used by non-clinical people as well as having been tested by various non-American clinical studies such as the German Commission E & others. I don't "claim" anything. I simply state that the product has helped to reduce tumors in people & animals & may be used in conjunction with another product called Essaic tea. Many people have found relief & reduction in tumors which, for whatever reason, had not found reduction in the usual western American anti-cancer therapies. Or they have been used in conjunction with a holistic whole body approach which combines western American anti-cancer therapies, with diet, exercise & herbal supplements.

I received a letter from a very upset gentleman in NY who wrote:  "You cannot state that this product reduces tumors, that is against the law!"

As an herbalist & a Naturopathic doctor in training, I am well aware of the words that the American Medical Association has "copywritten" over the years. As an herbalist I am aware that I can suggest and advise people as to which supplements may help them with certain conditions. I am also aware that I cannot, as a non-licensed non-medical practitioner; use the words, "cure", "diagnose" or "treat". I do none of the above. However, I am also a dedicated researcher & have used both books & the internet to research various herbs and supplements which cannot be patented & so, have not gone through FDA certifications.

However you might feel about this product, it works with many people. I am not "claiming" anything, I am stating that the product has worked for many people. It has been clinically tested over in Germany & is considered to be adviseable to take along with the Essaic tea for people battling cancers of various sorts.     

It is safe for consumption along with chemo & other therapies as long as you let your doctors know that you are trying or taking it. It has helped to reduce the size of tumors in many people. There are several studies out there, they are attainable & readable to the general public. If you go to Amazon .com you can buy the German E Commission current book which has been translated several times since its start in the early 1940's.

I don't have to "claim" anything. I suggest to people to try the product. If you want to be more specific than that, I cannot help you. As an herbalist, I can suggest & advise based on my studies & the clinical studies published by the German Commission E & the NIPH of America.

There have been several South American & Asian studies done as well over the past 60 years. I'll bet you cannot place ONE anti cancer drug in the same 60 year period that can continue to help people without serious side effects. Using an herbal, holistic & western American medical approach seems to help many people to fight their cancers.

If I have a product which has been proven to work in many people; I would be remiss not to let people know that the product has been found to work in those people. This isn't a patented medicine. No one wants to spend millions of dollars to go through FDA testing on a product that can't be patented because it is an herb, and, as such, cannot be restricted in any way. If you find this upsetting, I'm sorry. I will be happy to advise you where to look at this product & how to check for the studies that have been done on it.
