Q. Is this item new, used or traded?
A. All items are new and in their original packages unless otherwise stated. We do take trade ins, but they are usually just in our retail store, but, if auctioned, they we always be very clearly stated trade in!

Q. Do you answer all emails, etc?
A. We do our best to answer every question we get. Sometimes we are busier than other times, and we do several Gun shows every month on the weekends, but everyone is important!

Payment Methods & Terms
Payments sent by mail should be postmarked no more then 7 business days after the item is purchased, and should include your full name, shipping address, invoice/auction number, and printout of the eBay item. 
 

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks. No personal checks. Please pay for your purchase within 7 business days of the auction close unless you contact and we agree on other terms.

 We send a free mini knife with any purchase using a Money Order or certifed check for Payment!

International orders take 6-8 business days to process. You are responsible for ensuring that the item you are ordering is legal for your country. We are not responsible for items withheld by customs. 
 

Refunds, Exchanges, & Returns
We allow a 3 day inspection period for you to check your item over. If you need to return your item because the item is defective or is not the advertised item, please contact us within those 3 days. Returns must be in their original packaging with any documents or accessories that came with the item, and must be in undamaged, like new condition.) All refunds will be less shipping & handling charges.
