Carrier: We often ship with USPS, but when package is heavier we will choose to ship with Fedex Home Delivery.

Domestic Shipping:
- US Postal Service First Class Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days. (only available for purses)
- US Postal Service Priority Mail: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days
- US Postal Service Express Mail: Estimated delivery time is overnight to most area. (available upon request)
International Shipping:
- USPS Priority Mail International: This shipping method will take 6-10 days for the package to arrive to the designated country, but after it leaves the US we will not be able to track the package. And thereafter it will depend on your local post office for delivery.
- USPS Express Mail International: This shipping method will take approximate 5 days (some country might take longer) for the package to arrive to the designated country, but after it leaves the US we will not be able to track the package. And thereafter it will depend on your local post office for delivery.

Insurance (For Domestic & International):
All Cosmetic brushes are Required to be ship with insured mail, a $3 fee will apply for domestic insurance. This insurance will cover the full bid amount (not including shipping). For both buyer and seller's safety, Insurance is REQUIRED for all International Mail regardless of destinations. Insurance will cover the full bid amount (not including shipping), if for any reason buyer request us to put a lower amount on the "value of content" on the customs form to avoid being charged tax by your country then therefore insurance will only be able to cover the amount written on the customs form. All of International package will be shipped via USPS and it will be marked as "Gift", we will state the content of value as the winning bid price. If any buyer who wish us state a lower value of content because of customs issue (such as your country's customs tax) then please let us know and we will state the amount that you wish us to put. When we lower the value of content, the insurance coverage will only be able to cover the amount we stated on the customs form, therefore every buyer must remember this policy because there will be no way for us to give you a full coverage on the insurance. For example: If buyer want us to put the value of content as $20 (because of customs tax), then the insurance will only cover $20 if they package gets lost or damage. Insurance claim will be filed with USPS and insurance will only be refunded if the insurance claim is accepted by USPS. If a insurance claim is filed for a lost package the process will take at least 14days (might be more depending on USPS).

-The color is different than the picture listed online--- We try our best to
capture the true color of each item, but the color of each item might have a
slight difference (if even any) due to lighting when we take picture or each
buyer's computer brightness and contrast setting.
-Not as I expected (look different than what we have online)---- Every item
we sell in our listing is listed clearly in picture and details, all the
pictures we have is taken by ourselves therefore it is of the actual item.
So if any buyer who is not sure about the item, MAKE SURE you email us for
any question, We will not be responsible for your assumptions.
-There will be NO return for any shapers, bras, and panties due to personal
hygiene issues and there will be no way for us to tell whether or not you
have tried on or used it before. We're sure that no one would like to
receive something that someone else has worn before. Thank you for your
understanding and cooperation.
-All items¡¯ ending price that is under $10 are final.
-For any return, we must receive the item back in its original and unworn
package, meaning all box and inside packaging material must be included. The
item must arrive back to us within 30 days of purchase starting from the day
the auction ends.
-The shoe package must be send back to us in a protective box wrapping or
inside another box to protect from any damage may occur during transit. Any
item that is return to us without any protective wrapping will be subject to
a 20% restocking fee based on the total price includes shipping.
-Please include a reason for return (such as: too big, too small. etc). All
refund will be processed as soon as possible, if you have not receive a
refund within 5 day, please contact us and we will give you a refund right
away. Refund method will be giving through its original payment method. (*if
you paid by PayPal, money will be refund through PayPal. If paid by money
order, you will receive a check).
-For any exchange that is made upon buyer's request, meaning if you wanted
to have an exchange for a different item and it was not due to our mistake,
then the buyer has to cover all the postage including sending it back to us
and for us to send it back once again.
-It
is our guarantee that you receive the exact item you purchase, if there is
any problem with your order, please contact us FIRST before leaving any
feedback, we value our feedback and your satisfaction. We do hope that we do
not make any mistake with your order but people do make mistake on occasion.
If any mistake do happen, please contact us first, we maybe or may not
require the original item be retuned back to us, we will provide a return
FedEx shipping label where applicable or we will fully reimburse (USPS
Priority Mail only) your return shipping back to us. For a wrong item sent
(where applicable), we will either send you a replacement back to you for
free of charge or give you a full refund including the original shipping
amount.
