If your item arrives either damaged or defective,
email us with a description.
We will usually require a digital photo as proof for the insurance claim.
It is rare, but we may require the product be returned.
In such cases a product tag will be mailed to you.

RETURN POLICY:
We must be notified as to any problem before any attempt to return is made.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded.
Non-Defective merchandise will be refunded less S&H and 20% restocking fee
if authorized return is made in original packaging and item shows no usage.
