| Payment Terms |

We accept payments through Paypal only. We do not take money orders or cheques.
If you don’t have Paypal account,

Single Item:
Payments should be completed within 3
days after auction ended.
Multiple Items:
*Buyer bidding on multiple items please wait to make one combined payment when you finish shopping with us. You will have maximum 2 weeks of combine period.
If you'd like to pay for your item(s) later
than 3 days please inform us first.
Combined payment do help us to lower our costs and allow us to maintain the lowest prices possible. Although we could not force buyers to make combined payments, however, we reserve the rights to block customers who constantly paying separately to shop in our store in order to maintain our competitiveness. |

Shipping Fees
Shipping is Free for all orders. No hidden cost or fees when check out. Final price are base on final bid price. Buyer responsible for all taxes, duties, or tariffs if applied by your local customs department.
Although it is free shipping offered, shipping cost still existing for us. Buyers provide invalid shipping address with unauthorized return package will be blocked forever.
Shipping Time
All items will be shipped from Hong Kong by
Hong Kong Post Regular Airmail within 2
business days upon payment cleared.
Under normal circumstances, shipping
takes approximately 8-15 business
days.
We cannot guarantee postal time. Once the package dispatched we do not have any control on postal delivery time and customs clearance time. The above delivery time frame is for references only. Please calculate your deadline and delivery time frame carefully to avoid disappointments.
If you have certain deadlines need to meet and not sure if the delivery will catch it. Please contact us for advises before pay.
Tracking Number
We do not provide tracking numbers for all orders. We could not afford to ship register mails or express mails with such low price.
Gift Wrap
Standard packaging only. No gift wrap service provided. Not even with extra costs.
All our items will be shipped to

as your standard shipping
address. If you want to change the

| Return Policies |

If item received is less then satisfactory, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item. Return authorization code will be provided. Item needed to be returned in its original package via air mail within 15 days of your receiving the item for a full refunds or replacements. Exchanges or refunds will be process only after we received the return.
Original packaging by all means are all the packaging material included initially, including all the ring boxes, card board packaging, bubble bag packaging, and the original invoice. We provide proper protection for the items when we sending out, please do the same when you return it. Items returned broken without original packaging will not be exchanged or refunded.
Items must be return in order to have refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or any other costs applied. Exchanges or refunds depend on the stock availability only. No exceptions.
Refunds are base on final bid price only. Refunds is not including insurance costs, shipping costs, return shipping costs or any other costs happened.
Exceptions: Not all the items needed to be returned for exchanges or refunds. Please review the exception list for those exception items. If your items not in the exception list, please return it for exchanges or refunds. Return Policy strictly applied. |
| Unauthorized Return |
|
For any reasons of unauthorized return like wrong addresses, undeliverable addresses, refuse of packages or addressee not available when delivered, items/packages will not be resent. And refunds will be make after we received the returns.
Buyers are responsible to update their information and provide right addresses. Although it is free shipping offered, shipping costs still existing for us. Buyers provide invalid shipping addresses with unauthorized return packages will be blocked forever.

| Combine Shipping |
|
Combine period, 14 days of the first item ended. Customers need to inform us ahead if the last item will be ended beyond 14 days of combine period. Otherwise, a combined invoice will be sent for payments on the 14th day after the first item ended.
When there are no new items added to list for one full week(7 days), we assume buyers finish shopping and will send out combined invoice for the payments. Please complete the payments in 3 days after received the invoice.
Items paid separately might packed and shipped separately in different dates. Please feel free to contact us for combined invoice if needed.

| Taxes/Duties/Tariffs |
|
We do not charge any sale taxes.
Since it is an international orders, customers are responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs is not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact costs of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We do not and will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

| Insurances |
|
Insurances is optional. Rates are GBP1.50 for order total on or below GBP49.99; GBP2.50 for order total between GBP50.00 - GBP99.99; GBP3.50 for order total between GBP100 - GBP149.99. A maximum of GPB5.00 for order total on or above GBP150.00. If insurances are needed, please contact us before pay to finalize the invoice.
Insurances are not solely for lost of packages. It also cover damages during transit.

| Second Chance Offers |
|

We will send out second chance offers to high bidders whose final bid prices meet our preset second chance offer prices. The second chance offers will be sent right after the auctions ended if the bidder qualified. Please check your ebay message box for the second chance offers. Please only accept offers which found in the official ebay message box but not your own email box.
Second chance offers send base on your final bid price. The offer is valid 7 days(calender days). Once the offer expired, it could not be resend. The second chance offer price is base on your final bid price, it could not be adjusted on the system and it could not be changed before or after sent.
We do not and will not anticipate the bidding activities. All the bid prices are base on the competitions of other buyers, the popularity of the items, and the timing of the items closing. If you feel any suspicious or unfair activities involves, you should not place a bid at all. Please leave the chances to others. |
