This is discontinued, NEW in the box.

It's a Pearl Percussion ECB-6 Elite Series Mambo cowbell. 

It is 8" in length (10 1/2" overall w/ bracket) and 5 3/8" wide at the mouth (mouth is about 2" high).

Pearl's list price was $29.

All seams have continuous welds and there is a removeable foam dampening strip mounted inside the bell.
