Payment:

• Paypal, money orders and certified checks are accepted.
• We do not accept credit card payments other than Paypal buyer credit.
• We do not accept personal checks. 
• Money orders/certified checks will take an extra 5 business days to process.

Shipping: 

• We will ship UPS only.
• Please refer to the flats shipping rates stated in the listings.
• UPS tracking numbers are available only upon e-mail request.
• Shipping insurance is optional on all orders.
• HI, GU, PR and AK please e-mail for rates before ordering.
• We can not ship to APO/FPOs or PO boxes.

International Shipments:

• Duty fees/import tax may apply. We are not responsible for or aware of what these charges may be. Please contact UPS international for further information.
• We can NOT ship to: Russia, Croatia, Belgium, Brazil, Turkey, Indonesia, Spain, Nigeria, Malaysia or Hungary. Purchasing from one of these countries will result in an unpaid item dispute.
• We reserve the right to charge actual UPS shipping rates in the event the flat rate stated does not cover costs.

Damaged Items:

• Items will occasionally be damaged in transit. When this is discovered please provide description and photos of all damaged goods along with a phone number. We will immediately file a UPS claim for the item.
• We must be made aware within 7 days of delivery.
• At the time UPS returns the damaged item buyer is entitled to refund or replacement.

Returns:

• We can take returns only when the item arrives other than described in the listing.
• We must be made aware of misrepresented item within 7 days of delivery.
• We will e-mail a UPS return shipping tag for the return of the item. (please provide e-mail address)
• At the time we receive ALL original items and packaging buyer is entitled to refund or replacement.
