My inventory changes daily.  I make every effort to update this information on Ebay, but there may be instances where an item is out of stock.  When an item is out of stock, an immediate refund will be issued.

Shipping/Handling Times

Most items will ship via standard ground shipping depending on item size and distance from the product location.  My usual handling time is 3 to 5 business days to process orders, although there may be times that I process orders within the same day, or 1 day.  If you need expedited shipping you need to arrange it prior to your purchase.  I try to keep my shipping charges as low as possible so my handling time is dependent on the number of orders I have to process.  In most cases when it takes me over 3 days to process I will upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority Mail at no charge.

Inventory / Out of stock items

My inventory changes daily especially on apparel items.  When I list different available sizes or colors of items I make every effort to keep my Ebay quantities up to date, but in the case where I am out of stock of a particular item I will notify you immediately.  If I am receiving more stock, I will process your order usually within 3 days and if I am completely out of stock I will issue an immediate refund.

Average Shipping Times

Despite what you may see during checkout, the delivery times for USPS Priority Mail, First Class, and Parcel Post will vary from 2 to 7 days depending on the item's location to your delivery address.  Most items sent via USPS Priority Mail arrive in 3 days but that is average and from time to time it can be longer than that.  Items sent via UPS or FedEx ground will take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on your location.

Package Tracking

UPS and FedEx provide detailed tracking information.

USPS DOES NOT provide tracking information except on Express Mail.  USPS provides delivery confirmation, which means that many times their website attached to the shipping number will not be updated till the item has already been delivered.

International Shipping

In general all of my international shipments are sent via USPS as it is the most economical means for shipping overseas.  Standard shipping for small items is First Class International or you usually will have two shipping options:

Express Mail

Service via Express Mail will take 7-10 business days to arrive.  This represents the transit time of the item and not the amount of time that an item can be held in customs.  In most cases customs will clear a package in a matter of a day or two, but I've seen it take up to 2 weeks and it is very dependent on the country the item is being shipped. 

Priority International Mail

Service via Priority Mail can take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive although I've seen it take as long as 1 month to arrive.  It is very dependent on the country the item is being shipped to and the amount of time an item will take in customs.

Tracking and Insurance for International Orders

On high value items I will always use Express Mail and include insurance.  For lower cost items I will usually offer a choice between Express Mail and Priority Mail.  I will offer insurance as an option.

***IMPORTANT NOTE***
Please understand the difference between these two services:  Express Mail provides detailed tracking information, Priority Mail does not and only updates information when the item is delivered.  If you want to track your package you must choose Express Mail.  If you choose not to take insurance when it is offered you will be responsible for any loss or damage of the item.

Custom Fees for International Orders
International Buyers are responsible for any additional custom fees, duties, taxes, etc. that arise when the item has reached its destination country.

Refund Policy
A refund policy will be stated with the item.  If no refund policy is stated then that means that the item is a final sale and cannot be returned.  I make every effort to make sure that my customers are 100% satisfied and of course any item that is defective in any way can always be returned.
