Shipping Information:

• We can ship any method currently offered by U.P.S or the U.S. Post Office. Express shipping available..
• Media Mail: This is an economical option via the U.S. Post Office that is available on many of our listings. This method can take up to around 2 weeks to get to the East Coast. Sometimes it’s faster, but be prepared. If you’re not in a hurry this is a good money saver.
• U.S. Post Office Delivery Confirmation numbers are not tracking numbers. They are meant to provide confirmation of delivery only, and the Post Office rarely updates the stops along the way. Don’t get scared if it says “ELECTRONIC SHIPPING INFO REC’D” or “LEFT BELL CA” for days on end – mostly it gets updated after the package is delivered which isn’t incredibly helpful for knowing when your package will arrive.
• Please contact us if the “calculate shipping” button on the listing doesn’t offer the method you’d like. (Please Note: You can change the quantity and/or Country when you hit calculate now to receive a freight quote)
• If you would like a tracking number upon shipment please put it in the “notes” section of your payment, or email us and ask us. We are happy to provide upon request!
• WE ARE HAPPY TO COMBINE FREIGHT FOR MULTIPLE ITEM PURCHASES!! If it doesn’t combine automatically at checkout please email us with your zip code and we will provide a quote!
• International Buyers that are paying with Paypal must pay a mandatory $1.50 insurance per box
  • Insurance is always available – we insure through an outside carrier that is MUCH more efficient than the U.S. Post Office in dealing with insurance claims. If it doesn’t let you choose insurance during checkout – please just add it in the “seller’s discount/changes” box during payment
  • International Paypal orders that don’t have the mandatory $1.50 insurance will be held to receive the additional payment before shipping. We prefer not to ship surface mail for international Paypal shipments as it can take up to 3 months
  • If we can fit your item (4 lbs or less) into a 8.5” x 11” Global Priority Mail flat rate envelope it will only be $13.00 (plus insurance). If it fits into a 5” x 8” flat rate envelope it will only be $8.00 (plus insurance). (Only if Global Priority Mail is offered for your Country)

Payment Information

• If paying by Cashier’s Check or Money Order please mark “payment sent” on the E-bay listing (at the top). This notifies both E-bay and myself that you are mailing payment and also gives me a printable invoice to include in the package.
• We accept Paypal, E-Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. To accept credit cards direct we must ship to the billing address on the credit card. Please note for E-Checks and mailed payments we will not ship until payment is received (or “cleared” for E-Checks)
