Up for auction, one of Peavey's best ever sounding all tube heads. This was designed to compete with Mesa's cascading high gain channel switching amp heads like the Mark IV and it does so in spades. I have owned a couple of older Boogies and I think this head is more open sounding without all the mid range honk that the Mark's are known for. These heads are Peaveys best kept secret and show up now and then for little money. If you want a great deal on an all tube clean tone, super sounding hi gain crunch and a second higher gain lead channel with two gain controls in series, then this is the amp. Sounds great and controllable at studio volume yet has enough power on tap to do most any gig short of Sun Devil Stadium. Nice effects loop and decent sounding foot switchable reverb.
