This is size X-Large for 18-24 months. It is US size 5.5-7. It measures 5.6 inches long.

Ground shipping is usually through FedEx but the ebay calculator for UPS will give an approximation of ground shipping cost.  Where shipping calculator is available in listing, our packaging and handling fee is included in that calculator figure.
