This is a beautiful butterfly pendant made of silver with a dark blue inlay. I don't know what material the inlay is made of. At room temperature it is such a dark blue that it appears to be black. The pictures were taken outdoors at about 32F and as you can see it partially changed to a lighter blue. It is no more than 10 years old and in excellent condition; I did not polish it to get it this brilliant. It may be Mexican silver; it has no hallmarks but tested to have a very high silver content. It measures 1 1/2" across x 1 1/8" long x 1/16" thick; weight doesn't register on my 75# capacity digital scale.
