Returns Policy: 
Call before returning equipment. All returns require an RA number. This number must be used within 21 days from the time issued. Returns received without an RA-number will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box, directly above the address label. Any damages, shortages or other discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. When returning product for credit, it is imperative to follow these guidelines :(1) All equipment being returned for credit must be in “like new” condition--that means clean and in original packaging, complete with any manuals, instructions and/or peripherals. (2) DO NOT WRITE ON PRODUCT BOX! (3) Remember to request an RA Number before returning. (4) All returns for credit MUST BE WITHIN 21 days from ship date. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A STANDARD RESTOCKINGFEE of 15% plus $10 processing fee. Special order, blemished or incomplete equipment is subject to additional charges from 20-50% or complete denial. Sealed software that has been opened is non-returnable.
 
WARRANTIES: We guarantee for one year from shipping date, that all products shall be free from defects in material, workmanship or performance to our printed specifications. Our sole responsibility, in case of such defects, is to repair, replace or refund, at our option, any product returned, freight paid, and verified to be defective. Advance replacements are not part of warranty. Any requests to ship out replacements prior to the receipt and inspection of the alleged defective item(s) will be processed the same as a sale and will be subject to all the terms thereof, including return stocking charges. In critical/specialized installations, advance replacement insurance may be available on certain products. If desired, please discuss this matter with your sales person prior to purchasing said equipment.
