  A:  Every item I sell is 100% authentic and can be proven with receipts.  I take advantage of various special pricings, such as buying closeouts and buying in bulk.  I can then pass the savings along to my buyers.

  Q:  The size in the picture is different than the size in the description?  Which is it?
  A:  Many times I have several identical items listed under different sizes.  I may use the same pictures for all listings.  Please refer to the description for the size available.

  Q:  Will you accept less than your asking price?
  A:  My prices are set well below retail and are non negotiable.

I will only accept PayPal which includes credit card payments.  Payment must be made within 3 days.  After the third day,  the item will be relisted or offered to the next highest bidder.  I will follow through on all unpaid item strikes.

 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States, APO's, and USA territories):  I use USPS Priority Mail on all of my items.  The cost for the first item is $6.00, and $3.00 for each additional item.   All items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment and takes 2-3 business days for delivery (add 1 day for Hawaii and Alaska).  Insurance is not included but is offered for an additional fee.  I also offer Express Mail for faster delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Shipping to Canada is $11.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item.  

Shipping to Austrailia, Europe (excluding Italy), and Japan is $14.00 for the first item and $7.00 for each additional item.  Express Mail is offered at an additional charge.

Italy and all other countries require Express Mail at $35.00.

*International Shipping times are averages and are not guaranteed.  USPS Priority Mail International generally takes 6-10 business days for delivery.  This time does not include possible delays in customs offices.  Priority Mail International DOES NOT include a tracking number.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

I will accept returns if the item was misrepresented or flawed.  Once the item is returned, I will refund the shipping charge, and a replacement will be shipped immediately.  If I do not have a replacement, I will refund the entire payment.
