Hi, I believe that this piece is Napco, it is stamped with an N on top of a C, or vice versa, anyway she is cute as can be with her brown hair, pink outfit, with highlighted collar in a deeper burgundy. She has heart shaped lip's and you have to love the peppermint stick. She has no chip's or crack's, just some minor manufacturing spot's, does not take away from this piece.
