We appreciate your patronage! We go to great lengths to provide exceptional products and service, and we do our best to provide an accurate description of what you are bidding on. Our policies are straightforward and don't leave much room for interpretation, but if you have special requests we will try and work with you to meet your needs.

Winning Bidder

• The winning bidder must respond within 3 days of auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the sale if the winning bidder does not respond within 3 days of auction close.

• Buy It Now Bidders must respond within 24 hours of auction close if immediate payment is not required.

• Winning bidders with "0" feedback must respond within 24 hours of auction close.

Payment

• Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close, maximum. If you don't pay within 7 days, we will request a fee refund from ebay and relist the item.

• Credit Card orders ship immediately upon clearance from Paypal. Wire transfers ship immediately upon receipt of funds; Personal and business check will be held up to 10 business days to allow the check to clear before the item is shipped.

• If you pay by Paypal with an e-check, please note that it may take up to 5 days to clear funds from US banks, and up to 30 days to clear funds from banks outside the US.

Shipping

• All shipments are via Fedex unless otherwise specified.  Fedex does not ship to PO boxes. Other carriers are available only by request, subject to our acceptance. We may impose a service fee of $15.00 for using carriers other than Fedex.

• Credit card orders will be shipped only to the address provided by PayPal.  As per PayPal policy, credit card orders will only be shipped via carriers with online tracking facilities and must be shipped with delivery verification that requires a signature.

• We will ship to any address you provide if the payment is made via wire transfer.  There is a $10.00 service fee for wire transfers.

• We don't ship COD.

• Local pickups are available, subject to our agreement. You must pay by cash or wire transfer if you pick the item up at our facility. We do not accept Paypal payments for items picked up at our facility. Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a valid California resale permit.

International Bidders

• If you live outside the US, do not bid if your country is not listed in the "ship to" section of the listing unless we have specifically agreed to accept your bid.  

• The winning bidder is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by their country. 

• The declared value for Customs purposes will be the amount of the winning bid.

• We will need your phone number for the Customs documentation. Please provide a phone number with your payment.

• Due to shipping costs, we do not accept returns from countries outside the US and Canada.

• We will not under any circumstances accept bids from bidders in countries that are subject to trade restrictions with the United States.

Returns

• Due to the wide variety of products that we sell, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

• If the item is significantly different than the item description we will certainly make it right. We may replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

• We don't offer returns if you change your mind or order the wrong part, but in some cases we may offer to sell the item for you on consignment or help you find a buyer.

• We will not pay for unauthorized repairs to an item. 

• We will not pay for unauthorized purchases of parts or accessories for an item.

• We will not pay for expedited shipping costs. Shipping refunds will be issued at the rate for Ground services.

• Items must be returned in the condition that they were received.

• We do not accept returns for items that have been disassembled or altered in any way. 

• We do not accept returns for Items that have significantly more usage than when they were received.

General

• All transactions that result from contact made through the ebay site will be conducted through ebay.

• All transactions will be conducted in accordance with ebay policies.  Bidders in violation of ebay policies will be reported to ebay Trust and Safety.

• We don't accept bids from bidders with more than 5% negative feedback, or from bidders with a feedback rating less than 0.

• We reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders who are rude, inappropriate, or who do not wish to abide by these terms and conditions.

• We reserve the right not to sell to persons who are rude, inappropriate, or who do not wish to abide by these terms and conditions.

• Please be aware that your bid is a commitment to purchase the item if you are the top bidder. Winning bidders are expected to honor their commitment.
