Questions: If you are unsure about ANYTHING in the listing, please ask any questions you may have, before bidding. We are best contacted directly through eBay Messaging…if you contact us via regular email, we may not return your email right away. We take many photos, so it is ultimately up to you to determine the physical condition of the item listed. We will describe the functionality of the item to the best of our ability. If it is not listed or you do not see it in the pictures, it will not be included.

Payment: Payment is expected within 48 hours of the close of auction. If you are unable to pay within this time frame, please contact us before bidding. If payment is not made within a week and no contact is made by the buyer, we will open an Unpaid Item case. If you do not intend on paying for an item, please do not bid. We cannot hold your item for more than two weeks.

Return Policy: If the item is not as described in the listing, please let us know. If the item is being sold “AS IS”, for “Parts or Repair” or “Not Fully Tested“, then we will NOT accept returns (unless you receive the complete wrong item, or it was damaged during shipping). If we say that the item has been tested and works, but does not work, we will provide a refund within 14 days of receipt. DO NOT return the item without contacting us first. DO NOT assume that we refund shipping costs. We will not provide a refund of the shipping costs incurred, unless we personally arrange this with you.

Shipping: We ship hundreds of items each week. Items are generally shipped within 1-2 days of payment receipt. The US Shipping costs stated in the listing are standard for the Continental US only. Purchases from Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may require a small surcharge. We can ship all items (under 70 lbs.) internationally. If you are bidding internationally and do not see a shipping cost, please ask us if we can ship the item overseas first. We DO NOT allow buyers to arrange their own shipping or pay with their own shipping accounts- NO ACCEPTIONS. We pack all of our items with great care, but we cannot be held fully responsible for item once it is in possession of the shipping company. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will file a claim on your behalf with the shipping company.

*Freight costs will be calculated according to the size, weight and delivery location. A Business delivery with a forklift will always cost less than a Residential delivery. If you do not see a freight cost in the listing, please contact us and we will give you a quote. If you have your own freight company pick the item up on your behalf, we will charge a $50 per pallet packaging fee. Claims: Once an item leaves our facility, any damages incurred, are the responsibility of the buyer and the freight company alone. If you do not pay for or have the item removed within a week of sale closing, we will require another $35 per week storage fee.
