The legal definition is that the item is sold sans warranty. Seller has more than likely met his or her contractual incumbency merely by delivering the product.

All item are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. DOA item(s) can be exchanged for ebay credit unless stated DOA in description. All returns must include all original items undamaged, original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. If Square Trade warranty was purchased please contact us for further instructions. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
