Persian Turquoise Colossal Bracelet

This piece is a collectors dream!  This bracelet is set with two pieces of Persian turquoise that is just beautiful. The turquoise has veins of brown matrix running throughout each piece, as you can see in the photo they are quite large pieces. The Persian turquoise is considered by the experts in the turquoise trade to be the most beautiful of all the colors and grade.  When you do find these pieces they are few and far between. This piece weighs 5.2 oz. and measures 3 1/4" long x 2 1/4" wide. The turquoise is set in plain sterling bezel and surrounded by a delicate rope of sterling, there are two leaves that wrap the top and the bottom,  the design has sterling domes on each side of the bracelet ,the piece is exquisite.

This piece is of Navajo origin and was made around the 1960's it is not signed as most were not in this period.

This piece is for you serious collectors of fine Navajo craftsmanship. This is "bold" and  truly one of my finer pieces.
