Your invitations will be made on reciept of your email and cleared payment and you will recieve your invitations within 10 working days. Should you require earlier delivery please email me im sure i can meet your needs.

All my Invitations are 100% handmade and i offer a full refund if a mistake is made on my behalf

Terms & Conditions

Payment

I accept Paypal, Cheque or Postal Orders.

Orders will not be started until clear payment has been received.

All stationary is 100% hand made by me and all designs are copyright.

Changes to a design can only be made if work has not yet been started or it is possible to change it at the time of your request.

Postage

Unless stated otherwise I use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Next Day Special Delivery or for larger heavy parcels
I use parcelforce 24 or 48.

An email will be sent once your order has been despatched and you will receive your track and trace number.

I will be held in no way responsible for any item lost in the post,
however I will do my upmost to help track and trace as I keep all proof of postings.

Returns

As all my stationery is custom made to order I can only accept returns if an error has been made
by myself or there is a mistake in my description!

For Personalisation you will receive my email a short form for you to fill in with your required wording, font and colour you will be asked to sign this to confirm that all spelling is correct. Be sure to use capitals where nescessary as your wording will be copied over exact to your form.

In the unlikely event that an error is made by myself, it will be rectified without any further expense to yourself.

As all my stationery is handmade using high quality items, I do not scrimp or cut corners with my customers. All my items are of high quality and this is why I have such a  good clientel. Colour and shades may differ slightly from the photos due to the lighting.
