Engraving Instructions 

Please read over CAREFULLY. We are not responsible for customer errors.

3 line of engraving with a max of 20 characters (including spaces). See font styles below and select which one you want. Indicate FONT choice in the PayPal notes section or in a message after payment has been made.

(Please note that the more characters you request, the smaller the engraving will be.)

If requesting a monogram, the initials will be engraved in the exact order you provide them to us. 

If you do not specify a font when providing your engraving instructions, we will engrave your items with the default font for that item. 

Processing times are the time it will take to engrave and ship your order.  Processing times begin once full payment and engraving instructions have been received.  After shipment, standard delivery times will apply. If you need something quickly, please call or email and I will see if we can expediate your order.

Engraving Fonts Fonts NOT shown actual size.  Font size will vary based on the product and length of message being engraved.  The more characters requested, the smaller the engraving will be.

Monogram Fonts Monograms are limited to a maximum of 3 characters!  Monograms will be engraved in the exact order requested.  When placing your order, be sure to enter the characters in the same order you would like them engraved on your item.

Greek Letters The full Greek alphabet is available for engraving on your items.  To order Greek letters for your item, simply select "Times 8L" as your engraving font when adding the item to your cart.  In the "Special Order Instructions" box during Checkout, please specify the Greek letters you would like engraved by their full name as well as any special requests you may have for size or placement of the Greek letters on your item.

In order to prevent mistakes, we personalize each item from the instructions you give us.  Please double check your spelling, punctuation, and wording.  If you have any questions at all, whether it be about fonts, sizes, character, etc., contact us by email or telephone.  We are not responsible for any customer submitted errors.  However, if customer submitted error occurs, we will try to remedy the problem as quickly and at the least expense as a courtesy. There are no returns on personalized gifts.
