If your personalized and includes a picture and your picture is digital you can e-mail it to me, I will send you my email address for you to send it to. If your picture needs to be scanned I will do that free of charge, you will then have to mail it to us at our mailing address which I shall provide.

Please note these are custom made to your order, All my orders will be processed and Personalized Proofs e-mailed back for review within 2 Business days. Unless you have bought a pre-made picture then no proofs will be emailed to you although it will still take 2 business days from this point.. Your order will then ship from Hong Kong within 2 days after your confirmation approval.
