Shipping
- I would like to note that all labels are shipped with rigid mailers to prevent from creasing/folding.
- Postage includes handling and packaging costs.
- Shipping is 2.15 for 1-6 sheets. .25/sheet thereafter. I also offer Priority Mail.
- Please do not make payment for your auction until you receive the final invoice.
- Please email me in advance for International Shipping Costs.
- Auctions can be combined to save you money! After bidding/winning - just email me for a total.
- Shipments are mailed every business day.
- Insurance should be included, if desired. If you choose not to accept insurance, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for items lost or damaged by the postal service.
- Shipping includes Delivery Confirmation.
Payment
- Designer Label Gal will notify winning bidders via email at the end of each auction.
- Please do not make payment for your auction until you receive the final invoice.
- Included in each notification will be your auction information, shipping charges, plus a link to take you to the checkout page allowing you to complete your sale.
- If you ordered labels /stickers or cards - the email will also include a link to a form you can fill out to provide the information you would like printed.
- METHODS ACCEPTED: Preferred Method: PayPal
- Optional Methods: Cashiers Check, Money Order
- Payment needs to be received within 3-5 days. There will be a 5 day holding period for cashiers checks and money order in order for bank to clear.
- If making a payment other than PayPal, could you please use the checkout process to let me know that you are sending payment via mail. That way, you will not receive payment reminders, etc.
- If arrangements are not made - I will file NPB alert in order to recoup out of pocket expenses. When an item is listed and sold - the seller is charged for those fees regardless of whether payment is made by the winning bidder. The only way to recoup those fees is to file a NPB.
Feedback Policy
- I'm always happy to leave positive feedback when it's deserved, however, because of time restraints I leave feedback only after I've received it. **IMPORTANT** If you feel I deserve anything other than positive feedback, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. Most times, I CAN resolve any issues you have with your purchase, but I won't be able to if you don't give me the chance. If you choose not to try and resolve the issue by contacting me and leave other than positive feedback, I will be forced to leave the SAME TYPE of feedback for you.
