I accept PayPal ONLY and ship within the United States ONLY!  Due to the nature of our items, No Refunds or Partial Refunds will be granted unless I made a mistake on monogramming the item.  All monogram fonts/letters are listed in the auction, so do not ask for a refund or replacement if you do not like the font you chose.  All items are described to the best of my ability!

All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail (under 13 ounces) or Priority Mail (13+ ounces) within 7 business days after payment has been received. For pending transactions, 7 business days does not begin until payment actually clears.  You will receive an email with a tracking number in it when I print your shipping label. 

The seller, leahs77, is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail; therefore, no refunds will be granted or replacement items shipped unless you purchase insurance (optional).  It is always a good idea to purchase insurance, but is not required. 

I am always happy to combine shipping for multiple winnings within a 7 day period. To receive a combined shipping amount, items must be paid for together with one PayPal transaction. Once you are finished bidding let me know and I will send you an invoice for all items.  I will not refund a payment already made to then turn around and send you a combined invoice!!

I accept PAYPAL only!! Payment is due within 7 days of auction closing. If at the end of 7 days and no payment has been made, and Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay. Absolutely no exceptions!
