The 14oz. stainless steel mug is insulated and designed to keep cold beverages cold and hot beverages hot. The image is baked into the scratch resistant surface at around 500 degrees insuring long-lasting durability. We use a full color laser sublimation process. Our dyes are UV resistant, so the mug won't fade. Mug includes 2 photos/logos (one on each side) or a photo/logo on one side and writing (name or business info) on the other. Simply email us or mail us the logo or photo for application. We run a high resolution scan of the photo and then return it along with the personalized item. Emailed photos/logos need to be sent in a jpeg, gif, bmp format. These are universal file extensions recognized by all graphics programs. Once we receive the image and writing, we will send you an email of how it will look before we make the product.
