INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONALIZATION:
Send me your personalization information with payment or in a separate e-mail. Please indicate WORDING, WORDING COLOR(s) and FONT STYLE (Plain or Script - as shown).  Special requests on wording and thread colors are welcomed-at no extra charge, so just ask me!  I can send you a picture of what the design/wording will look like before your purchase by request! 

Please allow only 1-2 days for me to complete the project.  I use Priority Mail (a 2-3 day shipping service) for FAST shipping.  Delivery confirmation is included!  Item can also be shipped directly to the recipient at no extra charge .
