Each set is beautifully packaged, and sealed in a clear plastic stationery box ready for gift giving.

How It Works
Each item will be designed just for you right from the start. We will take you as quickly as possible threw your purchase process in these easy steps

If you don't see what you looking for email me and I will custom design your order.

Bid or purchase with Buy it Now threw my eBay store on the item that you would like to purchase. Place your personalization information in the memo section of the checkout page.

Upon receipt of payment confirmation I will email your proofs to you. Please be sure that I have a valid email address, your proofs cannot be sent threw the eBay mail system.

The watermark that apperars on screen will not be printed on your final product.

Time Frame
My goal is to have your proof to in @24-72 hours, depending on the amount of orders that I currently have. If you do not hear from me within 72 hours please contact me at gina@originaldesignsstationery.com, There is always a possibility that I have sent you an email and it is floating in cyberspace or your spam folder.  During the holiday season (October 1st - December 11th) please be patient with me as this process may take a little longer due to the high volume of orders.  After December 11th if you need your order for a Christmas gift please email me before you make a purchase in order to make sure that I will be able to fill your order in time.  On any other occasion if you need your order rushed please send an email to request@originaldesignsstationery.com so that I can try to accommodate your needs.  Once you have given approval on your proofs, your purchase will be printed and processed in the order of receipt. Proofs must be approved before your order is printed and shipped.  It will then be packaged, and on the way via pony express.  I am not responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the postoffice to deliver your package.

All designs that are seen in my store can be used on any of my products. There may be a slight design variation on different items due the size of each product.

Payment
Pay Pal is the only form of payment that I will accept. If you do not already have a Pay Pal account they are easy to obtain at no charge.

Please complete your checkout within five (5) days.

Shipping
I use the fastest shipping method available at a reasonable cost. You may track your package threw the Pay Pal web site. I do offer a shipping discount on multiple items. Please be advised that I am not responsible for the amount of time that it takes the USPO to deliver your package. If you are giving these as a gift please allow anywhere from 7-10 days after you have approved your proof.

Return Policy
Because I work so closely to have the best product for you, I will be happy to reprocess your order if I make a mistake, but unfortunately I do not refund. I will be happy to work with on your purchase until you are satisfied.
