How does this Miracle Fabric work?

The Incredible PetSPA Mitt and Towel are woven from a unique, revolutionary high-performance fabric. The weave and split of the fibers are woven and split in such a way that creates microscopic hooks that attract and hold dirt, water, mud and grime like a powerful magnet.
It is made of ultra-fine fibers that are less than 1 denier per filament. Comparatively, these micro fibers are ten times finer than silk, thirty times finer than cotton, yet incredibly durable and soft. So small that one square centimeter contains over 30 km (20 miles) of fiber.
These fibers have a unique hydrophilic capillary action that draws water faster, more thoroughly and gently from your pets skin and fur than cotton towels. This same quality also allows the Mitt to hold more shampoo, and hold it longer, for better distribution throughout your pets coat. The first product I listed on eBay is the (now infamous) "DermaSPA" Cloth. I discovered the microfiber material used in DermaSPA while on vacation in Positano, Italy (picture on left).
