We do accept returns on autographs if they are returned within 10 days from the date we ship them to you. 

We do not accept returns on autographs if the tamper seal is broken or if the merchandise or COA's are damaged.  Nor do we accept returns on non-autographed items to avoid scam artists from swapping out merchandise.

Please include a copy of your shipping receipt when returning merchandise. You will be reimbursed if the error is on our end.
