Peter Max Framed Kentucky Derby Poster, 1981, Signed!

This Peter Max poster of The Kentucky Derby Festival, 1981, is hand signed with marker.  It measures approximately 30" x 26". 

This was a personal gift to us from my mother and was purchased at the 1981 Kentucky Derby.  We had it framed and hung it in our house for several years and as our decor changed it was put into storage.  This poster has several tiny "mildew?" spots/dots showing on the white matte-like portion of the poster, we assume it was due to moist storage (please see the close-up picture).  It should be noted that this picture really looks severe, however, it is more like a faint "misting" of dots.

It is framed very nicely in a white wooden frame with a turquoise band along the edge. 

This would make a great addition to any Peter Max collection!

·         Again, we try to do our best to describe each piece as accurately as possible.  We have a “no return” policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately.  All returns must be made, prepaid and insured, within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise and in the same condition as it was received.  Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.   

·         Payment is due 7 days after the sale of the item. 

Important Notice

We ship all of our vintage items via UPS.  When your package is received, unpack your shipment immediately.  Should any part be damaged or missing:

1.)      Keep all original packing & box with damaged item.  If you received a damaged part, keep the damaged part.  UPS may require inspection or pickup of damaged part which must include the original packaging and box.  UPS will return the item to Baylessbargains.

2.)      Contact UPS immediately @ 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or on line at www.ups.com with the tracking number which is printed on your address label on the top of your package.  UPS will issue you a damage control #.  E-mail Baylessbargains with this damage control # and we will continue to follow the shipment until we have received it. 

3.)      UPS should contact us (as your shipper) within 24 hours of your report. 

4.)      As soon as Baylessbargains receives proof of damage/loss from UPS we will process your refund.
