We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Most of our items ship to the U.S. only but we do ship some items outside the U.S. Contact us for a shipping quote. As most of our items ship via UPS we sometimes use USPS as a parcel carrier. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In rare cases if an item becomes out of stock buyer will be notified within 5 days of order and buyer will have option to cancel order for full refund or wait for item to be restocked.In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item (within 3 days). It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty please contact the manufacturer of the item. Customer may decline to handle warranty claims in which the buyer is responsible to ship item back to us (contact us for a return authorization number on all returns).
There will be a 15% restocking fee on returns other than defected items.
All personalized items may not be returned or cancelled after order is placed.
Buyer is responsible for shipping fee's on returned items.
