SHIPPING POLICY:

• Shipping the sewing machine with table is heavy. It must go by truck. The company we use is O.D. If you would like to know what shipping will be please just ask. We will need your zip code and if it is going to a business with a dock, or a home. If you don't have a dock or a fork lift then the shipping maybe more. If you have a fork lift and no dock then there is no up charge. There is a different charge for home delivery. Please give us all the details you can so there is no surprises. You can always pick it up in Naples,Fl, or at the trucking terminal to save some money.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility

• Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

• Significant delays in shipping time can be caused by Customs. I do not have control over this. If custom delays would cause you to leave negative feedback for me, do not bid.

• If a delay occurs, I will put a tracer on the package but often times it may take up to 30 days to locate the package or get any information on the status.

• I highly recommend insuring your package to protect your investment.

• Finally....RARELY does USPS update the tracking status online. Often times, status will remain "electronically notified by shipper to expect a package" is the usual status UNTIL the package is delivered. Packages are usually mailed out within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted in the listing.
