This is a pottery basket sculpted to appear like basketweave made by Pfaltzgraff in their Naturewood pattern. It measures 8" long by 5" across by 4 1/2" deep. It has wicker around a metal handle. This great basket could be used in the kitchen for breadsticks, nuts, pretzels, or candy and could also be used for potpourri or scented soaps in the bathroom. It would even hold a flower bouquet. This is a new item with the tag.

SHIPPING:
I prefer to ship priority mail but will also ship parcel post or UPS if you prefer. The Post Office provides two 'flat-rate' boxes for shipping. The first box measures 13.625 x 11.875 x 3.375". It will hold one or two flat plates , a trivet, a spoon rest, etc. The second box measures 11 x 8.5 x 5.5". It will hold two latte mugs, a garlic keeper, two small bowls, etc. The maximum weight on these boxes is 70#. The rate for both of these boxes is $8.95, which includes delivery confirmation. If your item will fit in one of these boxes, they will be shipped at the priority rate. The Post Office also provides a flat-rate envelope. Only flat items weighing under 4# can be shipped in this envelope. The cost for the envelope is $4.60. No additional handling charge is added to these flat-rate shipments. I've found that sometimes when you ship parcel post, it takes more than a week to be delivered. Prioroty is almost always delivered within 1 to 3 days.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
I combine shipping on multiple items. Just take the highest shipping charge of the auctions and add $3.00 for each additional item.
INSURANCE:
I do not insist on insurance and leave that up to the buyer. Most of my items are fragile. I pack extremely well, but on occasion something will get broken. If you purchase insurance and an item gets broken in shipment, I will forward the insurance claim form and slip to you so that you can file a claim. The Post Office will pay you for the claim. If an item is broken, keep the box and all of the packing material, as the Post Office will most likely want to inspect it to see if breakage precautions were taken. Insurance charges are $1.65 for items valued at $50.00 or less and $2.05 for items valued from $50.01 to $100.00. Please add these charges to the invoice you receive if you do want the item insured.
