Pfaltzgraff Winterberry Christmas Santa for cookies or candy.  Measures inches 10 1/8 inches tall by 7 1/2 inches wide.  No chips or cracks.  The plate has one little black speck, with is below the glaze I believe and sharp point on its surface that is point in the pottery. You can feel it.   May be buffed down with a dremmel tool.    Still a nice piece for your collection.  Made in USA.
