RETURNS / REFUNDS / SHIPPING CLAIMS Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. I may request an item be shipped back. Refunds on buyers remorse are less the shipping fee. We strive to package our items securely to ensure that your item is received in the best possible condition. If for some reason your item is damaged in transit we will file a claim with UPS and keep you notified of the process.
