This is a RARE prop from the PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, the Broadway production at the Majestic Theater in NYC.  It is the letter from the Phantom to Monsieur Andre, which begins "re: my orchestrations: we need another first bassoon...."  This was actually used in production.  I obtained this item personally at a charity event in NYC.
