• Delivery time within Australia: 1-6 days, International: 5-9 days
• Insurance is OPTIONAL in our checkout system and IS NOT for registered mail. This covers the complete payment, including shipping cost
• We do not responsible for any lost or damage during the delivery if insurance is not included

PAYMENT

• Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase
• A dispute will be opened for any unpaid transaction after 7 days of date of purchase.
• Non paying buyer, including cancellation will be reported to eBay

• All items we sell cannot be returned after delivery being opened, except there is a defect with the product.
• Claims for ‘defect’ product must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• We are not liable to any damage or loss if the item is not covered under insurance. 
• An email approval is required before sending the defect good to us. For approval process, you can email us on EBAY or fill out our helpdesk form at www.4homeentertainment.com.au/helpdesk.
• All correspondences must be addressed to email on EBAY not direct yahoo email. There is no guarantee for response of any correspondences to yahoo email as all communication records are done on EBAY, so, please email us on Ebay.
• We would do our very best to resolve any issues, so do not leave negative feedback prior to communicate with us
• By bidding this item, customer agreed to our listing description and costs. There is no hidden costs to all transactions, all costs have been clearly stated in the listing.  Therefore any claim or cancellation  in regards to this matter is not acceptable and will be reported to eBay.
