This is a lithograph print of the Philadelphia (PA) City Hall. The lithograph is a smaller version of an original woodcut. The level of detail is amazing!

The print is in mint condition and measures 8.5 x 11 in. Mat included.

The print features black ink on white paper, and is signed in pencil by the artist Margery Niblock.

The print dates from 1960-1970, when the artist lived in Philadelphia.
