Bill’s Music has 99.9% of the products that we list in our eBay Store in stock. However, in some instances we may be out of an item, in which case you will be notified immediately!

 

 

Payment Details

Payment must be made within 7 days after the auction ends! Payments accepted: PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Discover, Visa, money order, bank wire transfer or certified bank check for US. Buyers outside the US must pay with PayPal, bank wire transfer or INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER PAID IN US FUNDS!

If your payment is not received your item will be re-listed and we will file a "non-paying bidder" claim with eBay. In addition, negative feedback will be submitted.

 

PayPal

All PAYPAL payments MUST be made by CONFIRMED addresses only, and items must be sent to that address. Otherwise the sale will be voided 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are welcomed but you cannot use PAYPAL if your not address verified!

Shipping

Domestic

We generally ship using UPS ground service. Delivery is 1 to 5 business days (typically).

UPS will NOT deliver to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes. If you need items sent to these destinations we will ship via U.S. Postal Service.  

U.S. shipping is to lower 48 states. Alaska & Hawaii & Puerto Rico is an additional charge.

We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen products.  Shipping insurance cost is included in all shipping quotes, for peace of mind and time savings.

International

We ship internationally with U.S. Postal Service Priority International airmail, usually 7-10 days delivery for most destinations. 

Shipping to international destinations may take up to 21 days using regular service (U.S. Postal). If you want faster shipping we also use US Global Express Priority Service. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

We do not control Customs Duties and are not responsible for the duties your country imposes on you. 

We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen products. Shipping insurance cost is included in all shipping!

Return Policy

Our items are priced to sell & non returnable; HOWEVER, if you feel you've received an item that was significantly not as described in the auction listing, or was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will try to resolve any problems that may arise. 

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Our items are tested & sold in working condition, unless otherwise noted! Defective merchandise will be exchanged or repaired at the seller’s discretion. Buyer must contact us at leni@billsmusic.com to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item! 

Bill's Music will reimburse the buyer for return shipping of defective products.

INTERNATIONAL Buyers pay shipping in both directions to take advantage of replacement warranty policy.

IF WE LISTED AN ITEM DESCRIPTION IN ERROR WE WILL USUALLY GIVE A FULL REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES! However, this policy is at our sole discretion!
