Payment Method

• We accept paypal or money order as a form of payment ( we only accept paypal payments with a CONFIRMED address )
• If you would like us to ship to an unconfirmed address, please pay ONLY with money order or cashier's check
• All payments should be made within 10 days after the auction closes 
• If you are sending us a money order please include auction number
• We are able to take phone orders at our retail location, please give us a call and provide accurate information. We double and triple verify your phone order information through different security services.

Shipping and Handling

• We Always Combine Shipping on multiple orders! Please request a combined invoice prior to paying.

• Most items will be shipped within one to three days after payment is received,
  if an item is backordered we will notify you, if item is on back order for more than 14 days
  we will issue a full refund.

• Please email us first for shipping cost to AK, HI, PR. International shipping
  Please include your full shipping address along with postal code.

Terms and Policies

• All items are brand new unless otherwise stated 
• All sales are Final
• Return is accepted on an exchange basis only if the item is defective upon delivery
• If goods should be defective upon delivery, customer has up to 3 days to contact us for exchange of new one
• Item must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition
• Goods must also be in its original box and packing
• Buyer must email us for authorization prior to shipping defective item back for exchange
• We will gladly replace the defective item for a new one for free after buyer accepts Shipping & handling charges.
• Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
• Buyer must pay for all return / exchange shipping & handling fees.
• Please understand All international sales are final no returns &  no refunds.
• If item is damaged upon delivery, buyer must contact carrier for damage claims.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase insurance in case of damage during shipping.
