Hello Jersey Central Lines (CNJ) Steam and Dover NJ enthusiasts & collectors . . .

For your consideration - this rare 8x10" b&w glossy print photograph of Jersey Central #814, a 4-6-2 G-4s Pacific-type, powering a fan special on CNJ's Rockaway Branch in Dover, NJ., sometime around 1952. The #814 was built for the Central Railroad of New Jersey by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1930, and featured 74" drive wheels with a tractive effort of 52,180 pounds. Date of the photo is not provided. (Please see scan of photo loading below. Print is professionally darkroom-processed from an original negative.)
