You are bidding on our "Level 3 - Major Restoration Service" to one photo, black and white or color.  Your completed restoration will be sent to you on CD in JPEG format which will allow you to print as many copies as you wish.

You get:

1. Our Level 3 - Major Restoration Service to either black & white or color photo which includes:
   Repair cracks and tears, sections of photo missing or significantly damaged.
   Recreate missing important detail in face or body areas.
   Restore faded areas, stain spots, yellowing, mold or water damage.
   Repair severe or numberous scratches and or surface cracking.
   Enhance tonal quality.
2. CD containing your restored photo image file in JPEG format.
3. Shipping & Handling (within US only) via United States Postal Service.

Our staff of professional photographer's and Graphic Designer's have many years of experience in the industry.  With the assitance of digital technology and premium photo editing software we are able to repair and reporduce damaged and faded photos to preserve those cherished memories which otherwise would be lost forever.

STEP 1 - You submit your photo to us for evaluation electronically by attaching the photo image file to your email message.  Scan the original image at a minimum of 300 dpi and in the color mode for all photos and save the image file as a JPEG.  Do not resize or compress the original image file.  We will make any required adjustments to the file necessary to complete the order.  This will insure optimum results in the final image we return to you.

STEP 2 - We will evaluate your photo to conclude the extent of the repairs required and determine if the photo can be restored within the criteria of our "Level 3 Major Restoration" grading system and notify you of our assessment via email before you commit to payment for services.  A proof will be emailed to you for approval.  At that time, the order will be confirmed only when your approval is received.

STEP 3 - After you receive our evaluation notice and we receive payment, your order will be processed.  Payment methods accepted are PayPal and money order payable to Lori Lemons and mailed to the address provided on your invoice.

Normally, once payment confirmation is received, your order will take 4-5 business days to process and complete.  It will then be shipped to you via USPS mail and you will receive a notification from me notifying you of shipment.

Your completed restoration will be returned to you in JPEG format on a CD at the original size for you to print as many copies as you wish.

We are dedicated to provide you with optimum quality and service.  We strive to maintain customer satisfaction and our reputation.  The purpose of the 3 step process in this offers allows us to insure we will be able to restore your photo and obtain the level of quality results that our customers have come to expect.  Therefore, our return policy is, after approval of the proof, we can not accept any returns or refunds.

Once you have shown interest in the restoration services, you will be emailed a photo upload form for easy submittal of your image.

*** A note about "Copyright Materials" - Federal low prohibits the reproduction or replication of photographs and other copyright materials for a period of 70 years.  We CANNOT process your studio portraits, professional photographs or photos displaying the copyright symbol which originated after 1940 without an affidavit stating either you have obtained permission from the copyright holder or that you own the rights to the materials you are submitting for replication/restoration.
