Overview

This light box is built for the general public with limited photography experience. It provides intensive lighting for product photography. Pictures generated from this box have greater clarity as compared to those taken with a fabric light tent. The reflective wall of this box will keep most of the light in the box, which is excellent for clarity. You can easily create images with white floating background with this box for your items. 

Additional accessories such as white and black reflective boards also come with box for mirror image shots. The light box also includes assorted colored fabric backdrops. We also recommend you use different colored craft papers as a background in the box, and they work great with it. 

You don't need a professional camera or previous experience to use this box. It is very easy to use and deliver great looking, high quality photos of your item.

Each unit of the light box is handcrafted. It may shows some signs of cutting, drilling, and sanding on the material. Any such signs will not affect the outcome of your photography. It takes about 5-10 minutes to assemble.

• Merchandise is fully covered by our 90-day warranty policy. The warranty policy starts on the original date of purchase.

• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer’s warranty.

• We agree, at our option, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90-day warranty period.

• Defective products returned to us in its original packaging with all accessories and the owner’s manual will be replaced or repaired.

• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.

• This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

         (1)       modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than us;

         (2)       physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;

         (3)       any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or

         (4)       shipment of the product to us for service. This warranty does not cover labor costs.

• If the returned product(s) meets all of the above requirements, and we can't repair or replace it, then a refund will be issued less the shipping and handling costs.

• The 90 days warranty does not apply to free items that come with any purchases. There is no warranty for free items.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns after 30-day from purchase date, and a cash refund will be issued.  

• All returned items should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".

• All shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility. No returns sent COD will be accepted.
