The X10C light box is built for the general public that has limited photography experience. It supplies daylight lighting for product photography. Pictures generated from this box have greater clarity as compared to those taken with a fabric light tent. The reflective wall of this box will keep most of the light in the box, which is excellent for clarity. The bulb come with this box produce balanced daylight color. It will shows the original color object photographed, so it is good for those items that are color crucial. 

Additional accessories such as white and black reflective boards also come with box for mirror image shots. The kit also includes assorted colored vinyl backdrops. We also recommend use different items for backdrops to make your picture more creative. Item such as rocks, leaves, and other thing you can come up with. You will be taking pictures from front opening, and camera can take shot from multiple angles. 

You don't need a professional camera or previous experience to use this box. It is very easy to use, and delivers decent photos for your website or eBay auctions. Everything your need for taking good pictures is provided in this kit except for a camera or a tripod.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise is fully covered by our 90-day warranty policy. The warranty policy starts on the original date of purchase.

• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer’s warranty.

• We agree, at our option, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90-day warranty period.

• Defective products returned to us in its original packaging with all accessories and the owner’s manual will be replaced or repaired.

• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.

• This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

         (1)       modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than us;

         (2)       physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;

         (3)       any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or

         (4)       shipment of the product to us for service. This warranty does not cover labor costs.

• If the returned product(s) meets all of the above requirements, and we can't repair or replace it, then a refund will be issued less the shipping and handling costs.

• The 90 days warranty does not apply to free items that come with any purchases. There is no warranty for free items.

• A 20% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns after 30 days from purchase, and a cash refund will be issued.

• All returned items should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".

• All shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility. No returns sent COD will be accepted.
