thumb is made of AR400 steel. AR400 steel is stronger, and 40% more wear
resistant than T1 steel. AR400 steel is tempered for abuse and impact. It
is strong and durable. The steel of this excavator thumb is certified, so
you know you are not getting equipment made of scrap. Upon request, we will
even provide the actual steel certificate.
