This is a rare Giordana frame built by Pinarello in Italy. So you know it is quality. All in all this is a wonderful bike that I really wish I could keep.
Unfortunately I have no space for it, it is too small for me(I'm 6'2"), and I
need money for college. So unfortunately it has to go. It is a finished ready to go
bike, but it does need some work to make it an absolutely 10 point perfect bike. The previous
owner cut the rear dropouts, but this in no way effects the handling or
buildability of the bike unless you are trying to run a geared setup.
Then they will need to be replaced, but again this is not an expensive
repair. If the bike fit me properly I would definitely have it done. The paint is in really good shape for its age, but it does reflect a bicycle that has been used. As for components, before I finally decided that I wanted a bike that fit me I put a lot of time and money into getting good quality components for it.
These are: NJS nitto handlebar and stem Campagnolo front hub with the original skewer laced to a bulletproof Mavic rim. Surly rear flip/flop(fixed/free) hub -Miche cog so gears are quickly interchangeable -Shimano Dura Ace track ring Shimano 105 cranks Shimano Pedals Super rare selle italia white perforated turbo saddle in absolutely mint condition. Only ridden three times Laprade seatpost that ties all of the components together
*I also have a felt aluminum seatpost for the winning bidder if they want it.
In conclusion this is a great bicycle that I wish I could keep. I always get compliments on it whenever I take it out for a spin. Please use your $600 economic stimulus and help a poor but not yet starving college student out. I will ship the bike UPS ground and it will be packed professionally. If you have any questions, want more photos, or would like to see it in person just message me through ebay and i'll get back to you quickly.
