Club Rating System

All of the merchandise in our inventory has been individually inspected and then graded as to its overall condition. In an effort to standardize grading scales with other used club dealers, we have adopted the following grading scale.

10-BrandNew. Perfect condition, never hit.
9.5 Hit in the indoor range, shows signs of use.
9-like new, played with or hit more than once.
8-good-great condition, some visible wear.
7-fair-good condition, some scarring possible and wear obvious.
6-playable condition, may have wear but integrity intact.
5-poor condition, some minor damage to the integrity of the club (bad grooves, missing paint, chips, dents, etc.)
4 or less- Not something I would play, sell or even look at.

Shipping Methods

Penn-Fair Golf ships all packages UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All auction shipping & handling rates are base on UPS ground to the lower 48 states. UPS 1,2, and 3 Day service is available. (Please email or call for quote) UPS provides all of our customers with a tracking number that allows our customers to track packages to their doorstep!

We attempt to ship all packages the same day payment is received.

We do ship via USPS, however due to delivery and tracking issues it will be at buyers risk.

We do combined shipping for multiple items in the same order

We do encourage International Bidders

International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and insurance fees associated with your shipment.
