Handmade Grungy Aqua Birdnest with Pink Hand Crocheted Furry Trim

This Gorgeous One of a Kind Pink & Aqua Birdnest Display is one of my newest creations. When I was a little girl me and my grandmother used to do crafts together. We used to use anything we could find around the house to make Lovley Decorations. That was a very fond memory for me and I want to bring that same Warmth and Joy to you.

Oh My Gosh! This Turned out soooo Lovely! The pics just do not do this justice at all. This Display is so Charming and has lots of Vintage Elements that I know we all LOVE. There are soooo many to mention I hope I don't forget anything. To start off with, the Aqua Birdnest was created by me and then attached to a Vintage Crystal Base. It was painted a Lovely shade of Aqua Blue and then given a slightly grungy look with cofee and vanilla for a sepia effect and then sealed. Then I crocheted the Pink Fuzzy Trim from eyelash yarn for a Softness and Romance. I then filled the nest with cream colored crinkly paper that I baked and made a little gungy with once again coffee and vanilla. There is a bow made of Aqua and Pink Vintage Seam Binding Ribbon, Hydrangea flowers, Vintage Millinery, Pink Mulberry Paper roses and Silvery Aqua Grapes and scattered with a few Pink Feathers.

As for the Mushroom Bird, she was given a make-over. Her eyes are Antique Swarovski Aquamarine Rhinesones and Her Tiara/Crown is a Vintage Rhinestone Jewelry Finding accented with Pink Feathers. Her tail was also accented with a Vintage Rhinestone Jewelry Finding and Pink Feathers. Her body is covered in Shimmery AB Glitter for lots of Sparkle.

This is a Truly Unique Piece and was really created from My Heart. And if you would like I will add a Banner FREE of charge if you want to the front to say something special. It will be a little banner in a Sepia tone with a Script Font Simlar to the one pictured below. You can put something like "Christmas Bird" or "Queen of My Castle" or some other short saying. I will also Glitter it with Vintage AB Glitter for you as well if you like.

Comes with Custom Labels and would be a perfect gift for yourself or someone you love. This would also be great to display all year around!

This Sweet Birdnest Display is 10" tall and is about 8½" wide at the widest point.

If for some reason you cannot, please contact me prior to your bid/purchase and I'm sure we can work something out. I'm fair, honest and easy going and would just appreciate the same in return.

All of my items are shipped using USPS Priority. It is the fastest, most cost effective, and safest way to ship. I will however ship UPS for large items as long as they are not fragile, if it is more cost effective to do so. I do charge a small handling fee to cover my costs, but nothing that I myself would not be willing to pay.

I do combine shiping on items won or purchased within a 7 day period as long as you pay for your items in one payment. If you are watching or bidding on other items, then please let me know and I will send you a combined invoice once you let me know you are finished shopping.

I do ship Internationally, just email me for shipping quote if there isn't anything in the shipping calculator for it. Also due to time restraints and gas prices, I will only be shipping 2x per week, usually Mondays and Thursdays until further notice. I will however accommodate if you need something fast, just let me know prior to purchase.

I always hate to have to add terms, but it is necessary to protect you as well as myself and other bidders. So please read over my terms before you bid or purchase so that we can all have a smooth and pleasant transaction.

If you have any questions about the item or my policies, please send me an email through the ebay "Ask the seller a question" system. All sales are final. I do not accept returns unless items are grossly exaggerated and I do not pay shipping charges either way. I do my best to describe items to the best of my knowledge. Most of my items are either handcrafted or vintage, so some signs of wear might be present and should be expected in the used or vintage items. I would only sell items that I would proudly display in my own home.

If there is a problem with your purchase, then please contact me before you leave me negative feedback. If I don't know that there is a problem, I can not try to resolve it. I'm fair and honest and I think my feedback says it all. I'm always willing to come to a compromise if there needs to be one.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it must be done to protect the interest of not only me, but other bidders as well. If you have any negative feedback within the last month or only have a feedback rating of 20 or less, you must email me first. If you do not, I will cancel your bid, no questions asked. I also spend a lot of time to add detailed accents that others may overlook to sell more pillows and other items. That is why I don't sell as many as others may, but the time I take shows in the quality of my items. Just look at my feedback. My reserve prices are always reasonable!

I take pride in all of the items that I sell, whether it be a new, used, vintage or hand crafted. I will only sell items that I would want and display proudly in my own home or garden. I use only the best materials that are available to me. So you can bid with confidence in knowing that your item will be cherished and loved for many years to come. My Studio is smoke and pet free! 

We do not smoke at all, but we do own a cat and two birds. Although, my studio is seperate from the rest of the household and the birds and cat do not come in, I just want to be honest.
