What is your return policy?
We take great care in packaging our merchandise however; we cannot be responsible for broken items once they have left our possession therefore insurance on breakable items is highly recommended. Should an item arrive damaged, and insurance is purchased, a full refund will be given directly from the shipping carrier. We will accept returns only if the item is not as described.
